Currently making dinner and watching (listening to, really) Holiday Inn
- one of my favorite movies of all time. Listening to it — boy,
wouldn’t it be so fun to be in a musical? It seems like so much fun.
Wish I could sing and dance!! Dinner tonight will be a soup called
Zuppa Toscana and Shepherd’s Pie. We’ll be having our first dinner
guests tonight (I haven’t made S.Pie before, so hopefully it’ll turn
out well!) — S&T. They’re leaving for their first term as
Wycliffe Bible Translators in two weeks — how much we will lose
without them here and how much the B’s will gain on the other side of
the world!!Speaking of Wycliffe and dinners and movies…
I’ve always wanted to go to a dinner theatre, haven’t you? Wycliffe
has a traveling dinner theatre — and one of my dreams is to help in
hosting one in SD. They usually do a (true) missionary story – so
can use it for mobilization purposes. Dinner, a play and missions -
what better combo? The 2007 story focuses around a Southeast Asian
missionary story. If we could get them to come to SD, would any of you
want to come? http://www.wycliffe.org/theatre/sunong.htm

It boldly expresses the real dangers, the crushing heartbreak, the inner struggles and the power of God working through modern heroes of our faith. whoa, good stuff. do it!! =)
The Wycliffe dinner theater is incredible! My church hosted the theater for 2 yrs, and it was very well received both times! Yes! invite WDT to your town! It really is awesome!
