  • This Day

Today is Good Friday, and it’s a good day because 2000 years ago, a way was being made for my redemption on this very day — that things could start anew.  And oh, how I pray that on this day, things could start anew for me.  I leave behind everything of my old life, and I’m choosing differently.  I am choosing differently.

Deut 30:19, “This day I call on heaven & earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses.  Now choose life…”  THIS DAY.  Today.  Today’s a new day.  Though I have chosen poorly in the past, this day I can choose wisely.  I can choose life rather than death, blessings rather than curses. This day.
