  • Mary Ann Xanga fans and enthusiasts,

I’m Candy, and I’ll be her official post-er or ghostwriter as she calls it while she is away for the next 5 weeks. I prefer post-er over ghostwriter because it reminds me of that show I used to watch when I was a kid about these kids that would solve mysteries. They’d get these clues made up from magazine cutouts and the “ghostwriter” would rearrange them to spell out something coherent. The floating letters always gave me the heeby jeebies.

Mary Ann’s leaving tomorrow, so give her a call today to say goodbye.  She’s also sick with a weird cold, so feel free to send lots of love to the Embry house.  (make sure you make enough for her roommate too, as she too is ill) (you’re welcome Cindy)

okay back to my real job : )

  • Ghostwriter!  Remember that song? hee hee.  Hey Candy, do you also have a Xanga?  So you use this in your spare time at CSH eh?  I know the feeling.. heh heh…

  • ghostwriter.. i think i had repressed the memory of that show b/c it creeped me out sooo much.

i also got a share of those lovely germs.. i’m sick too!!  come to retreat, i will share the love that is across the globe now too.. though far away in body, we are close by the virus we share..

  • i used to loooove that show. i thought it was creepy but fascinating, and i’d run to the public library every week hoping they had the new issue of ghostwriter newsletter or whatever it was. then my dad saw the name and decided that it was an occultic/witchcraft show and forbid me to watch it and i was sad.
