  • The Best Xanga


    Let's take a poll:  In your opinion, what is the best xanga that you read?  Evaluate "best" as in the overall quality of writing, insight, humor, interesting topics, etc.  You can have top two if you can't narrow it down to one. 


    Correction of previous annotation:  I really want to get votes on the "best xanga" - finding out about which ones I don't know about is a side thing.  Thanks. :)

  • My vote goes to pwrchords.  She's witty, insightful, eloquent, thought-provoking and sometimes quite jarringly honest!  Her entries always earn two genuine eprops from me.  They are entirely satisfying.  Good job, Candy!!  :)

  • your site is still the one I've recommended the most to other female friends. ... but I guess you know about that one already. =p I have a few other good recommendations, but I think they're already your good buddies. I'll send you an email if I can think of some good recommendations.

  • dude i've been meaning to post on my xanga abt my fav xanga which is most definitley Pwrchords! woot woot.. she's incredibly insightful, honest, God focused, humorous... and its just totally candy :0) her posts encourage me and help me get thru the day .. a ginormous amount of eprops for her!

    It's really hard to say because now that I think about it, I enjoy reading each of those for different reasons, and they each reflect a strength in one of the areas you listed (style, insight, etc...). I suppose, if I had to choose one, it would be Candy. You laugh, you cry, and you do it reasonably frequently. Sorry, that vote doesn't really increase your pool of new reading.

    Most all of her entries are hidden now, but sometimes she posts stuff up, or unhides stuff... and when she does, they're definitely quality.

  • i guess everyone beat me to it on voting for candy.  she's the one that i thought of first, as best all-around.  (oh candy, it's like we're seniors in hs and you get one of those goofy pics for the yearbook!) 

    for my guy favorite, it would prob be chickennuggets, b/c it's artsy & off-the-wall as well as down-to-earth.  plus, sometimes i recognize people he talks about.  random but true.
