  • Root, root, root for the home team!

Our foster agency is very good about getting fellow foster parents from the agency together to hang out and dish about the ups and downs of fostering.  For tomorrow, they bought us tickets to a Padres game.  We’re even allowed to bring guests.  So my sister, Joshua, Sam, Baby and I will be at Petco Park watching the Padres play the Giants.  This will be my first professional baseball game — and I’m excited.  Sam and I went out today and got some t-shirts so we can “root, root for the home team”!  (Isn’t Baby’s shirt the cutest?)

Before we go to bed tonight, we’ll pray for a miracle — that the Padres will beat the Giants.  :)

  • it won’t take a miracle… it’s greg maddux (future hall of fame pitcher) vs. kevin corriea (possibly the least effective giant’s starter. enjoy your first game. i had fun shooting w/ kanfood today.
